Fcuk it. I'm damn fcuking pissed. With my irritating brother. Yaya, just came back from army, say what he mature alot. Talk to the shit that comes out from my asshole man. Waliao. Just now I only asked him whether did he drink my pokka green tea that left as much as two tablespoons. Guess what he replied me, said what the drink was his blah blah blah and what I should be the one feeling guilty about drinking his. He went to the fridge and checked the middle compartment and then the freezer, and saw one green tea bottle frozen there. Then know what he say? He says I'm selfish. WhatTheFcuk. I definitely have to argue with him over a small thing like this, get my point across that it's he who started it. It's not that I wanted to, he kept repeating," Selfish selfish selfish selfish stingy stingy stingy stingy... ..." and it goes on. SO MATURE huh. Then I got really fed up and started arguing with him even more, he went like "da jia da jia da jia...(fight!)". Damn it. Felt like killing him to silence him that instant.

And I still remember that Sunday this week, Daddy didn't go play mahjong because he wanted to eat together with brother and I before my brother goes back to his new NS camp. WALIAO. My brother didn't even clarify with us what he really wanted to eat, he didn't even make himself clear to us what he wanted. So hard to understand his poor English. Daddy had to rush to order the food because we were holding back the waitress, and it was quite paiseh because we didn't order much. Just because we ordered this yellow noodle and fried chicken, my brother decided not to even eat. Tantrums. That's not it, he started ranting about army food being better when initially he was complaining that the food sucked there. So dumb. Sometimes I really hate to listen to him talk about such dumb things. I just try to be nice most of the time by saying "oh really" and smile. Fcuk. I was raging. But cool down already. No more vulgarities for now, I still have to remember my brother at least did blanjah me alot of times already, and that he did help me with alot of things. So I should just forget it and forgive him quietly.

The thing that I was eager to blog about was about my First job at a one day Part-time job. But things didn't turn out so long. QinJie introduced this job to us at the Singapore Islands Country Club (SICC). It was supposed to be quite high-class I thought from what I heard, that it's the best and most expensive club in Singapore. I don't know lah. I thought Raffles Country Club was the no.1. We were going to help type out surveys from what I heard.

I woke up super early today to get ready so as to make sure I don't be late or anything. Impressions are the most important thing on the first day of work! Although it would only be one day. It was raining monkeys and gorillas, that I had to carry the ugly umbrellas I have at home. I met up with Sihua at the bus stop to take bus 157 down to Macritchie to change bus to Thompson Road to meet Amanda to go together in her Dad's car. I checked the journey line of bus 157 and realised that it moves past Before and After SICC. We were really hesitant about alighting while I was discussing with Amanda about meeting there instead at SICC entrance. In the end, we quickly alighted at the After SICC bus stop. We were L-O-S-T. But at least I knew where and what I was doing. Sihua's a direction idiot. She needs me so I cannot be stupid. Hahaha. We checked the buses to after Thompson Plaza with the aid of Amanda's oh-so-great instructions which was almost useless. Haha. No lah, helped abit lah. Sihua was so so so adorable. She wasn't wearing her spectacles, so she couldn't see too well. We missed the first 52 bus because she nudged me too late while I was checking for the buses. Then there were actually no buses in sight, but she kept pointing out to me all the cars, vans, lorries, trucks to ask me what number was it. HAHA. (unfinished post)

I had a great time with my boyfriend today. :D

And I was reading Xinmin's blog. She's so sweet!
She posted on 10.28.2006, that was when we weren't even talking! Kind of lost contact until we met in MI.

Ohmygod I can't believe how much I MISS MY PRIMARY SCHOOL FRIENDS. E-Lis. Hui Zhuang. Samantha. Lye Ee. Zeng Yang. Kang Wei. Charlene. Erica. Okay, actually it's more of E-Lis, Samantha and Hui Zhuang. Even though E-Lis was just a tuition mate, GIRL, I MISS YOU SO MUCH! I'll update you on every juicy bit of my life. And you must do the same too! Haha. I still remember Lens(sp). Don't think I forgot. (;

Plus this post on 3.19.2007

I love Sheryl-Lynn, SuYin and E-lis! They were there to make me feel better, although late. Even though E-lis has been missing-in-action for Heavens know how long! I love you babes!

window shopping with girlfriends

I want to be RICH!
And I need to polish up my English!

Went out with Sihua and Amanda to Bugis today.

Sihua and I arranged to meet on bus 66 to get to our destination. LATE. We were late.
We were still in Bukit Timah when Amanda called us. She asked where we were and said that she was reaching Bugis soon. I told her that we were also reaching soon, just that the bus was quite near and also quite far from Bugis. Amanda just said "Orh" and put down the phone. HUH! Hahaha. I think she's plain dumb. I think she was a blonde in her past life.

We walked through the Temple Street to get to Amanda, and save her from the loneliness of waiting by BOO-ing her. Haha. Went up to the second level of Bugis Street at the cafe to have our lunch. We were S-T-ARVING. All of us had chicken chop topped-up with a set meal. Yummy!

We walked around the place after lunch and updated our wishlist each time we walked into a shop. Mine wasn't so long, but Amanda and Sihua's one was especially long. I think. I want to get dresses! Need to be more on the feminine side yea? We moved on to Parco Bugis Junction, and there I learnt alot of facial and nail tips from the two of them. They have so many beauty tips, I have zero none. I had no money which was "great", because they bought more things than I did. But at least we went back each with two mini bottles of nail polish, which I paid for $2. Pink and Grey. It'd better be nice.

Amanda had to go off, and it was getting late. But we took some pictures before she went off.

Sihua and I walked around Bugis Street once more then we headed home. But while we were walking to the bus stop, I tempted her with the thought of having mango ice with milk. I never tried it before, but Amanda had told me about it being around the corner. We walked over to Ice Monster and ordered that favourite taiwan dessert- Crushed ice in milk topped off with fresh mango and a scoop of mango sherbet. YUM YUM! Gonna go back there again.

Time to go home! So Sihua and I went to take bus 66 again. There were no two seaters when we boarded the bus, so we sat at the front. I think we were really daring, because we even camwhored though there were alot of people on the bus looking at us!

;
it's a mistake, nonetheless.

I love you. I really do. ♥
That I just can't stop thinking about.
I don't want it to end.
But I can't do this and that,
What the hell am I to do.
Lead a life of a nun and chant?
I really really don't know.
I cant' stop crying.
Please don't let me go.
I am helplessly begging in my heart.
With soft murmurs that can hardly be heard.
Especially by you.
I've left nothing, because of you.

lalala.

The Bitch Club members were supposed to go East Coast Park to break the glycerol and fatty acids into simpler substances. But because many couldn't make it, whilst some had to leave early, we cancelled it, or more like Amanda did. Haha.

Turn out Gifford and I decided to go out, and I was nice enough to accompany him while he run his errands. I'm such a GOOOOOOOOOD FRIEND. I was late by almost an hour, but don't care lah, just let him wait. Haha. We went to the top level of Heeren to have some Wanton Noodle, Gary's favourite. Talked alot of nonsense, then we headed down to Potong Pasir to get his claims for the stuff stolen at some beach party from the organizer.

When we were about to take a bus to some Farle Building, the responsible Boss (defendant) called and offered to drive us over. Whoa, that man's loaded. With the information given, he lived in this luxurious place called Shangri-la Park. We waited for him for damn long, and we were guessing what car will he come in. I was begging for him not to come in a lambourguine, because Gifford said it was a two-seater car. Alamak, here came a Porshe. So cool to sit in a nice car lah, but I had to squeeze behind.

Got to the office, the company we knew as was The Youth Empire Pte Ltd, but the office was labelled as the Forde. Sounds high-class huh. Aiyah, you all don't know one lah, I also don't know anything. I tell you, when we just entered the office, everyone turned and look at us, it felt quite good following the boss. Haha. We entered his room, there we saw
Sheik Haikel using his laptop in the room, and he just said Hi to us like we knew each other already. I think what's even more cool is that just one word from the Boss and one of the office workers brought his laptop bag and car keys to him from his car.

We settled everything, bid our goodbye and grattitude to them, and left the place with the thousand dollar cheque.

Went over to some coffeeshop to sit down and have some milk tea, that's when we discovered this DAMN FAT CAT.

We took a bus down to Vivo City, and it was damn freaking long. Gifford and I bitched alot until we reached Vivo. Too bad Amanda couldn't make it in the end or bitching would have been more fun.

Walked around Vivo, and Gifford managed to do some shopping. He got himself a blue collar top from Topshop and a pair of white Pedro loafers. All thanks to me, that he made the right choices. We ate at Terra for dinner, and I thought the food was quite bad. The first time I went to the same cafe but different branch with WeiJie, it was much much nicer. We went into Charles and Keith after dinner, and I saw the white loafers I always wanted to get. They had my size! Since Gifford is loaded for now, he agreed to lend me the money first to buy the shoes. I'll have to pay him back in instalments.
We walked around awhile more, then decided to sit down for awhile at the first level grass patch, because all the benches were wet by the sprinklers. Only sat there for awhile, then the bloody sprinklers went off on our side. Good thing I was quick to react. I quickly took the bags and dashed to a dry area. I saved the shoes. Haha. It was late already so we parted there to go home.

But some things just wanted to happen when I got back.
If you had that trust in me, you wouldn't have been so afraid.

I hate you Seafood Harvest @ Bugis

Daddy spent alot of money on food today.

For lunch, he brought the family to Hoshi at IMM. I call that restaurant a TRUE japanese restaurant unlike others. Because they only have chopsticks for you to use and no spoon, not even one for the miso soup- japanese style. But they do have the small spoons for desserts and chawanmushi. All of us had four different bento sets which was quite expensive (average $22) but worth the money. At least we enjoyed it.

We went to Seafood Harvest at Bugis for dinner, but without my brother this time. Thank goodness Daddy reserved a table or else we would have to wait in the long queue.
Seafood Harvest is actually part of Jack's place for those who didn't know.

When I opened the menu, man, the prices just made me want to close the menu. Then I took a closer look at the dishes, and realised it's because they were Lobsters. Saw this page with all the seafood platters, and what caught my eye was the Singapura Platter-$68.90. The picture showed a nice big lobster in chilli crab sauce, then I read the description, and thought it wasn't at all worth it, because there's mee goreng and stuff like sotong ball and fried crab claw, all that you can find at Old Chang Kee for $1.20 per stick. Daddy decided to order that and share with Aunt Waileng, because it was a platter for two. I ordered a crayfish with steak in brown sauce-$19. We upsized our meals to a complete set meal for $7.90 per person. I was quite upset with Daddy ordering that stupid Singapura Platter because I saw something else on the same page of the menu that would be more worth it. The Singapura Platter came and occupied almost half the table. So big huh, but I think it's damn waste space lah.

My crayfish and steak in brown sauce.

Singapura Platter consisting of:
1. Maine Lobster in chilli crab sauce- this was not bad.
2. 3 miserable satay prawns

3. Soggy french fries
4. Green salad with no salad dressing
5. Baby's portion of tasteless cold prawns and jellyfish
6. 5 almost tasteless and oily small sotong balls
7. 2 oily and cheapo crab claws
8. 2 oily spring rolls
9. Oily and not so appealing mee goreng with peas
10. Sambal Chilli with a layer of oil on top
11. Fish slices
12. Lastly, oh-so-wow coriander as garnish.

To anyone who goes to any Seafood Harvest, NEVER EAT THE SINGAPURA PLATTER. It totally sucks. It's as if you are paying $38 for the lobster and $30.90 for mee goreng, sotong ball, spring roll and fries. Waste your money only.

One more thing. It was a manager who served us, when she took our order, I heard Aunt Waileng saying that she wanted warm water damn clearly. Instead we were all served iced water. Then it was the same manager when I asked for tomato ketchup for my meal, it never came. What in the world was she doing! She still had the cheek to come back to our table and ask how was the Singapura Platter. I seriously wanted to tell her how lousy the food was. I was just being nice. But thinking back, I think I should have feedback to her that they should take it off the menu.

Aiyah, it's just a bad bad dinner for me lah.

Go away FATS!

FATS SUCK! Don't worry, it's not you WeiJie. Haha.
I want to get rid of my pregnant-like tummy and flabby arms. Fit into pretty dresses and wearing shirts that won't expose my big stomach.

Got to run, work out, exercise, whatever means to reduce those fats.
But going on a DIET is almost impossible.
How I wish I had a high metabolism rate.

I must beat Amanda Channy to losing more weight! Just for that simple lunch.

Monday, September 17, 2007 ;

Today WeiJie and I finally "reconciled" after the cold war I had with him for two days.
We had Botak Jones for lunch on a Monday! They usually don't open on Mondays but we forgot and went over. Oh well, lucky for us. We shared a plate of fish and chips with extra cheese. Darn it, two bucks for a little cheddar cheese sprinkled over. Still as tasty as ever though.

After lunch, we decided to go and take a look at the brand new shopping centre at Clarke Quay- the Central. Woohoo, lots of lady apparell stores, too bad for guys like WeiJie, nothing much to look at. There's a Japanese accessory store on the first level, which has really nice things. I ended up buying a white and yellow flower pin, so pretty. Couldn't take my eyes off the cute earrings they had too, but they were abit pricey. Bought a pair of white loafers for WeiJie as one of his birthday present. It was on sale and worth the buy. Although it was not for me, but I felt really happy. We sat along the Singapore River and looked at fishes. The fishes damn cute lah, it was as if they were exhibiting human behaviour, like queuing up in one line.

We walked over to Chinatown and there we bought our watches. He got a Seiko, I got a Cartier. Hahahahaha.

The Snake Baby

My dad showed me a video awhile ago of the little baby that was born in Makkah Hospital, known as the snake baby, that was one of the top videos in youtube. I was horrified and super freaked out! The baby that was born in Saudi Arabia and looked like an alien.

Disatisfied without a follow-up to it on why the baby turned out like that, I took some time to do a little research on google.

This was what I found:
The baby suffered from a disease known as Harlequin Ichthyosis. I decided not to post the video of how it looks like. WARNING: It's not for the faint-hearted!!!

This is a great website if you want to see pictures and know more about Harlequin Ichthyosis- http://asylumeclectica.com/asylum/malady/archives/harlequin.htm

Happy Birthday to Gifford!

First of all, I wanna say Happy Birthday to Gifford!

Gifford got a present from ten of us.
1. A Superman belt
2. A leopard skin boxer
3. A Superman on Fire boxer
Waliao, damn HOT right. Haha.

About 8 of us met up at Pasir Ris to go over to Aloha together, Gifford's birthday chalet. Few of us got there on Gifford's friend's car, two idiots decided to walk there, and the rest went by taxi. So all of us got there early except for those two idiots, QinJie and JinGui. Hahaha. They turned up an hour later.

There were lots of people in da house! Some darn hot lah, the babes and hunks, how in the world did Gifford make such friends! Haha. Felt very uncomfortable at first, but we saw some familiar faces. Everyone there was either Gifford's friends, family or relatives.

The few of us were in the room watching Gifford open his presents and his friends started coming in. Gifford's so so lucky, he got so many presents and some more most of them were branded and nice! Grrr.

We didn't stay for long but had quite abit of a laugh.
But I did feel very glad I took the train with the girls, saved my money on cabfare. :D
