projects and Huishi

Project project projects! Driving my crazy. I'm stressed until I'm like ohmygoshfreakingsheetcrapsotoot.

Pro pro pro, how to be postive?
More like Conject.

We finally managed to finish the stupid BTC Powerpoint slides with animation and music for IP. What a relief when I submitted it in without fault with it.

It was time to get ready to meet Huishi to go out. We were gonna wear the same dress like twinnies. Yay! Shopping time, for her though. We took an MRT down and I was listening to her speedfast ranting on her results and choice of school for tertiary or JC.

We made our first stop at Bugis Village, and we didn't exactly have a great time there because of the crowds, and our dearest miss fussypot was still the same. She didn't want this and that. We browsed the accessories in the Diva shop and just took off two heart necklaces that we decided to buy without even considering.

We walked from Bugis to Orchard, and had a fun time camwhoring outside the SMU campus! Had a hilarious time and we even had shots where the camera helped to censor off the parts we "zhao geng" while doing jump shots.

We found our better hangout at Orchard- Cotton On, Dorothy Perkins and Forever21! But didn't see anything we really liked, except for the vest.

Need to bring her go shopping again soon. As she didn't go home with anything much. It's great that we met up!

time passes by and here we are.

Weijie got me a crumpler days before with a defect- a baby-hole at the bottom. But it's ok la. We got it at a 20% discount. Many people may not think that it's worth the buy, because the bag may not be long-lasting as the hole may spread. But, just to let all of you know, it is claimed to be the last red limited edition crumpler in the whole of Singapore. So why not? There's no more stock coming in for it! And plus, I really really liked it. Weijie was persuading me to JUST get it. Anyway, it was for today's special day!

We dined it at the West Coast Recreational Centre's Jack's Place for lunch. Ordered a rib-eye steak set lunch and upgraded my soup to lobster bisque. Weijie decided to budget. He ended up disliking his own dishes. Hahaha. The difference between our two meals were only a few bucks. Quality was different too. Both our steaks came in bloody, because I asked mine to be medium-rare and his to be medium. Mine was on hot-plate, so it was still cooking till it was perfectly medium. But his was raw at the very last few bites, not even rare. That's totally not what we asked for! But oh well, Weijie didn't want to be "unglam" passing his not-so-cooked steak back to the cook on the messy plate with his saliva spreaded all over.

We walked over to Clementi Central to take a bus down to Suntec. We both challenged each other to Worms on his PSP on the bus. I feel damn good, because I beated him flat 2-0. We walked around Suntec, while he had to do his job at the three stores as secret shopper. He damn slack la, anyhow do one. I will never want to employ or do project with people like him. Will hate him to the core. I saw this vest at Cotton On's new arrival that has the 'simple yet look expensive' design. WHAT THE. 25bucks?! I bought one at bloody This Fashion that is not as nice at 26bucks. Feel freaking cheated.

We went over to Candy Empire and bought my dad diabetic chocolates (I'm so sweet right) and bought Weijie chocolates for his sweet tooth. I also bought myself a teriyaki beef jerky which had a stinky burnt plastic smell. What the toot.

We totally didn't know what to do so we just sat around and talk. Wow. What a "special" and different day. It felt like any other day when we are out. We both were broke. I needed money to go out with HuiShi, and he needed his next pay to buy his things.

We took a bus down to his house area for the BEST meatball soup with rice! Of course, time passed really quickly with the PSP around. We saw another accident again at the same junction we saw few weeks ago, but this time it involved three TransIsland Buses altogether. Oh my.

Had a great dinner, and we kissed each other goodbye, and I took a bus home alone. He was saving on transportation. Anyway, once again, Happy 18th Month! And stop pissing me off about going to MI.

happy one and a half year weijie!

I pon MES yesterday again. But good thing I didn't even go to school just for that lesson. Because I heard that they just stayed in class for 20 minutes instead of 2hours and was released. So they practically did nothing, no tips no nothing. Whew! Hahaha. I seriously think lessons are useless, only their tips come in handy.

Daddy brought Weijie and I out to Pizza Hut for lunch, and goodness me! Because of Weijie and I, we could order the student group set lunch for 4 despite my dad being too old for the student look. Saved like 30bucks on Pizza! Cool beans! Thank me daddy! Say that you love me for helping you save that 30dollars.

We left for Orchard, and I got pissed along the way because Weijie misinterpreted his results for Os. WTH. Seriously, the points difference damn big. I seriously don't know what he's gonna do about it. All the courses left for him really sucks. Engineering. Ewww. I myself hate it.

Oh well, couldn't brood over it the whole day, so we went on to walked around for a short while then left for Botanic Gardens for Weijie's work at 5pm. It was our first time being there so late. All he had to do was click the number of people entering. Was there with another guy. Super duper slack. We ended up playing PSP. The pay duper good some more. The grilled chicken rice from the basement's food court, BAGUS! Stayed all the way till 10, when no one was checking on us. So dumb of us. Forget it man. Decided to walk around botanic gardens, treated it like a night walk, scaring ourselves. But surprisingly, at that time there was still quite alot of people walking their dogs or strolling, or plainly just hanging out. We took a bus to my home and Weijie went off in a taxi.

By the time I was home it was 12! So just nice, Happy 18th Month Weijie boy! You suck big time sometimes, but I forgive you because I love you sucker! Hahahaha.

New Year's Shopping Marathon

Bang! I'm like finally back after a week of school. School was totally off my happy list. I was just passing time in lectures and tutorials. Nothing productive out of them so far. Gotta wait until nearing examinations then they would come in handy with tips :) Hahaha.

When we welcome the New Year, we definitely have to go shopping for New stuff, right?
Therefore, I went on a shopping spree with Weijie. He got his money from his own pay, his mom and his grandma. Whereas, I get my money from only my dad and myself. 100bucks from him, 80bucks from my bookprize for getting top 2 in level last semester. ARGHHHH, so little money shop what. Good thing Weijie willing to sponsor me abit if not enough to spend. Hahaha. He's like my portable ATM machine.

New Year Shopping Marathon

The best time to go on your shopping spree is during the end year season sale! I bought all my stuff from high street UK brands at half price during this sale!

What I'm regretful about:

I regret not going into Dorothy Perkins earlier to browse.
Because the sale has been there for quite awhile, I just went in to look around. I totally fell in love with this black jeans which was of nicer material, which was going at 70% off. However, they did not have my size anymore. Only the maternity pants of my size were left on the rack. URGHHH!

I regret not buying that Zara velvet heels on the spot.
By the time I decided to get that pair of heels at Zara, it was only a few hours later. I went back, and the shoes were gone! DARN. I even tried to hide it, but it was of no use. Some bitch stole the buy from me. Nevermind, I decided to forgive that woman.

I regret buying the Alano velvet vest.
While I was looking around for a black vest to wear during chinese new year, I chanced upon one at This Fashion. I thought since I decided not to get the too expensive Zara vest, I might as well get the one in This Fashion, as the vest is quite nice plus quite cheap. But the next day when I went over to Bugis street, I saw an even nicer vest at the same price after discounted!

december 07' common test results

Results are out for Common Tests:

Mechanical Systems- 93 =A
Building Techology- 92 =A
Principles of Accounting-93 =A
Interior Design-80 =A
AutoCad- 73 =B
Info Technology- 91 =A

Yay! Almost all As and only one B. GPA should be about 3.8 thereabout. Still maintaining that standard. Good job E-Lis! However, everything now depends on projects and exams. I already have screw ups for projects, just got to work harder for the upcoming exams then.

friends are forever?

Honestly, seriously, I think my life is seriously dead and boring. All my friends seem to be having their jolly good time and here I am all alone pushing myself to one corner instead of mingling with them. Missing all the gatherings unintentionally and reading their blogs, I seem to be missing out on alot of fun. Instead, I feel that I'm not that close to them anymore, and I might even feel hesitant when I meet to them instead of feeling excited. OH NO! What the mother crap is wrong with me! I should be feeling happy when I meet them right? My social circle is shrinking, by ALOT. I need reassurance, I need to jump right out of this into the open. How and where do I begin from? All in my head is just a question mark. I just want that closeness I used to have with them, I miss them.
Fairfield love had always been in my blood.

HAPPY 2008!

HAPPY NEW YEAR HUNKS AND BABES!
Spent my new year eve out with Nicole, first time being out with friends on a new year eve. We camwhored alot and walked till our legs were heavy, before meeting Sheryl-lynn and Cedric for countdown. Because they were late, and it was 3 min to 2008, we decided to stay around at Raffles City to watch the fireworks. But the fireworks started even before anyone counted down. Inconsiderate people from the hotel was throwing and burning stuff, without thinking that it might hurt people like us below. I got hit. DAMN. Police were guarding close and they stopped. Before the fireworks ended, Nicole and I quickly left for the MRT so as to prevent getting caught in those super big crowds. The train was super empty. We were on the train at 12.05 on the dot!
