♥first day @ work & moving house!
First Day of WORK! Reported at Sun Hung Kai building, at Kaishing Properties. Eager, and just slightly nervous about what we were going to do at the site that we were going to be posted to. We were going to be posted to various properties in every two weeks, regardless of residential, commercial or retail. The first place we were posted to was a relatively prestigious Residential Apartment called Dynasty Court. We had to cab down to the Old Peak Road, and we went straight to the Management Office to be introduced. Given an orientation around the place, we were wow-ed over by the poshness and amazing facilities that were available for their use. The entire concept was similar to Singapore's Carribean, of a luxurious apartment, but Sun Hung Kai wins. Man, after hearing out the prices for rental of signature homes, I was astonished at the extreme cost. I cannot even afford to stay a day, and can only dream.
Bosco gave me a call today, and let me know that we could actually shift into our new home! Sharon and I was so excited, that we happily went back to our storeroom size apartment to pack up. We were way crazy, laughing and jumping at each other. Sharon was damn freaking retarded. She tried to dry the pillow case with the ventilation fan!
We dragged our luggage down to the first floor from our duper miniature room, to the narrow corridor and handlesome lift. Managed to hail a cab, to transport us and our luggage to just a street down, of 5 minutes away. We had to lug our luggage all the way up to the house again, and wah-lah, we have arrived! We were told that there may be a probability of us needing to shift house again. SIGH... oh well.
We met our room mates, Seth and John!
